How do I configure my chargers with billing profiles, scheduling, and min / max power levels?
During the onboarding process, JPlug will work directly with you to set up the management dashboard with the customization you require. Please contact your sales representative, or submit an inquiry thru the support webform.
How do I access JPlug’s management dashboard?
If you are a new customer, you should have received an email containing your activation link. If you did not receive the activation email, please contact support to have it resent. You will need to provide your account information.
How is pricing set for EV Drivers at my stations?
During the onboarding process JPlug will assist you in reviewing your electricity bills, and advise on what rate plan(s) are best suited for your business model to cover costs, generate revenue, and ensure the best charging experience for your drivers.
Does JPlug sell and install the charging hardware?
JPlug can bring in our certified partner resources across Canada, or work with your existing contractors to ensure the installation is done correctly.
Does JPlug provide hardware support?
JPlug provides software monitoring of each station to identify and resolve hardware issues. Should the station require service or replacement, JPlug will administer the manufacturer warranty process.
