How do I know if a charging station is compatible with my EV?
Our level 2 charging stations are compatible with all EVs in the market. The J1772 and the NACS connectors are the most used connectors in EVs in North America. There are adaptors you can purchase to connect with any of these ports.
The Charging Station appears to be offline. What should I do?
During an internet outage, existing JPlug EV Drivers are still able to start a charging session as follows:
- FractalEV charging stations capture the session data using the on-board memory, which will be sent back to JPlug once the internet reconnects. You must have registered an RFID device with the charging station to do so.
- As long as your charging station has an RFID or another method to authenticate the user, you’ll be able to start a charging session before the internet comes back.
