## What is JPlug?

JPlug is a Canadian EV charging operating platform built for anyone who wants to generate revenue from EV charging or offer it as a value-added service to their customers. This includes property owners, parking operators, charge point operators (CPOs), and software developers — but also any business owner who sees EV charging as a way to attract and retain customers.

A restaurant owner, for example, can use JPlug to offer free charging exclusively to their diners — no app download required for the customer, and full control over who can use the charger and when. A hotel can offer complimentary charging as an amenity. A retail strip mall can add paid charging to increase dwell time. A gym can offer members-only charging as part of their membership perks.

JPlug enables any business that owns or manages OCPP-compatible charging stations to operate them under their own brand — with payment collection, access control, real-time monitoring, and a white-label driver app. No custom software. No OCPP expertise required.
