Does JPlug take a share of charging revenue?
JPlug does not take a share of your charging revenue. The platform uses subscription pricing. Payment processor fees, electricity, installation, and operating costs are separate and should be included when planning your business case.
Can I use different charger brands and my preferred payment provider?
JPlug supports compatible OCPP chargers from multiple manufacturers and integrations with supported payment providers. ZIGO uses OLINK charging hardware and IDBank payment processing in Armenia. Alotricity in Edson, Alberta, combines Kempower DC fast chargers and Linkpower Level 2 stations with the Canadian payment provider MONEXgroup.
